Acol
Art Group welcomes Artists of all
abilities with a range of styles and
media encouraged. The Group was
formed in 1992 by Mr Ralph Martin, a
resident of the village of Acol.
Under his guidance and enthusiasm
for drawing and painting the group
steadily grew in numbers as
residents of the village joined the
group.
We currently have and
welcome members from all over
Thanet, Kent including Birchington-on-Sea,
Acol, Brooks End, Broadstairs, St
Peters, Westwood, Margate, Palm Bay,
Cliftonville, Flete, Garlinge,
Westbrook, Minster, Monkton, St
Nicholas-at-Wade, Sarre, Sevenscore,
Ramsgate, Cliffsend, Manston,
Newington and Westgate-on-Sea.
