| Chas Smart born in the
North East of England. Architectural technician, employed by a northern
firm of architects until early retirement. Moved south to Birchington in
1994. Member of
Acol Art Group, Broadstairs Art group
and East Kent Art Soc. Love painting the seascapes and boats around the
