| My artistic bent was
apparent from a young age, and fairly unsightly it was too! I am sure
that if my woodwork teacher at Bilston Grammar had not press-ganged me
with the promise of a place in the 2nd eleven, who knows, I may have
been a painter instead of a picture framer! ( at very reasonable rates) Now married to a qualified painter my long lost bent has returned ( no mean feat at sixty ) ,and with encouragement from other painters I am enjoying my naive foray into the art group. It is my hope to achieve a style I can call my own with time. I greatly admire the English landscape genre and look forward to producing the odd masterpiece.
